World Day for Captive Dolphins is held every year on the 4th of July to highlight the plight of dolphins held in captivity around the globe. Confined in tiny concrete tanks and forced to perform tricks for the entertainment of the paying public, captive dolphins lead utterly unnatural lives and are deprived of everything they need to thrive. Marine Connection will continue raising awareness to the cruelty of captivity and fight to end this abuse.
Dolphins deserve freedom and respect, let’s make that a reality for each and every one.
