Three bottlenose dolphins have died at Gulf World Marine Park, Florida, within a month, Turk 15, Gus 14, and Nate who was 20. The facility was purchased in 2015 by The Dolphin Company who have a worldwide presence and dolphins in various locations including North America and The Caribbean. Most of their marine parks are in Mexico where dozens of dolphins live in captivity daily, simply to entertain the paying public interacting with these marine mammals. The Dolphin Company also owns a facility in Europe with dolphins, Zoomarine, Italy.

Park officials are waiting for the necropsy results but these latest dolphin deaths raise questions which cannot be ignored.

We will update when further news on Turk, Gus and Nate is available.
