Today, Marine Connection stood in solidarity with protestors outside Mediterraneo Marine Park, Malta, to raise awareness of the dolphins held captive inside.
These intelligent, sentient beings are forced to perform the same repetitive tricks day after day—not for joy, but for food rewards. Visitors come and go, enjoying fleeting entertainment, but the dolphins are trapped. They don’t get to leave when the show ends.
Dolphins are not here for our amusement. They share this planet with us—not as performers, but as fellow sentient beings.
They cannot speak our language, but their suffering is clear. It’s up to us to be their voice.
Let’s not be silent.
