Campaigning globally to end the keeping of dolphins and whales in captivity is one of Marine Connection’s main aims. We were recently approached by 14-year old Olivia Mandle, requesting support for her anti-captivity petition to stop cetaceans from being held for public entertainment at facilities in Spain. The country has the most captive cetacean facilities in the EU – the species range from bottlenose dolphins, orcas, and beluga whales, with some facilities displaying wild-caught cetaceans.

Dolphins and whales don’t thrive in tanks, it’s time to end their suffering. Please add your support by signing and sharing this petition
