We hope that others will follow your lead, and just for one moment think what it is like to:
- live life in captivity having done nothing unlawful
- never see the ocean
- have to perform or interact on demand just for a food reward
- have no freedom of choice on who you interact with, when and how
- have a shortened lifespan due to disease brought on by physical and mental stress
It is a sincere hope that in the future dolphin and whale sanctuaries will be established around the world to house those dolphins and whales who do find a way out – to stop performing and live a life free of confinement.
Supporting the belief that we do not belong in these tanks, you have taken a step towards a more ethical and responsible approach by ending your support of marine parks, in particular, stopping selling tickets to/promoting SeaWorld to your customers, and for that, we thank you sincerely.
