We are delighted to share a significant milestone in the campaign to end the promotion of cetacean captivity within the tourism industry. Our colleague Jakub Banasiak, representing NIE! E LA DELFINARIUM has announced that EXIM Tours, Poland’s sixth-largest travel agency, will no longer promote or sell excursions to dolphinaria or marine parks as part of its travel packages. The company has also reaffirmed its commitment to sustainable and responsible tourism practices.

In its official statement, EXIM Tours emphasised that animal welfare is a core value and that its travel offers should reflect responsible travel and respect for animals and the natural environment. We warmly congratulate our colleagues in Poland for their tireless efforts and commend EXIM Tours for this important ethical decision. We hope this positive step will inspire many other travel companies to adopt more wildlife-friendly tourism practices.
